Dang... it seems like I've been working non-stop. Oh wait. I HAVE!! And no relief until this coming Friday. Bleh! Oh well... I'll do it as long as it gets these infernal bills paid.

I've been really busy on the book. I'm so glad to be back in the writing saddle!! I mean .. it's weird. I was apprehensive about shaking up things in my crit group, but now I see that it was really for the best. At times change LOOKS bad, but in the end winds up being the BEST route for both sides. That's the case here, I think. Saying goodbye to one-time friends is sad, but alas you can't freeze time; things change and people grow apart. I wish them well, but I doubt our paths will ever cross again -- at least not on the level it once had or anywhere in the crit circuit. But hey.. maybe on the shelves, right? ;)

Meanwhile, I'm loving hearing about all the goings-on that went down in Reno this past weekend. Oooooh... all the tales and the news is just too cool. A crit partner of mine is moving to the Atlanta area next year -- just in time for RWA 2006! I am SO camping out at her place! LOL!

All righty.. off to grab the NEO and pound out this story! I'm so happy it's coming so easily! Woot!
